Advanced ticket purchase was a highlight. Audio commentary was informative & interesting curating the visit around the grounds of the castle well. However, upon purchasing, we were unable to download the audio for each person even after folloiwng the instructions and using the shared links provided.

I did not realize that the audio guide was with a phone app. This was not clear at the time of purchase. I had my phone on airplane mode and was not using it except for WiFi. Therefore I paid for an audio guide I could not use. I think I should get a refund on the audio guides. Otherwise the tickets worked at the castle.

I absolutely loved the castle. The views were amazing. In contrast the audio guide was cumbersome, using an AI voice to deliver it. It was exceedingly boring and over long. Because of the monotonous tone, it was impossible to pay attention to.

Had difficulty activating one of our prepurchased tickets at the entrance but the guard let us in. Better signage to castle town would be helpful.

The audio guide tour was constantly interrupted and took a while to reload, by which time we had moved on. With my friend, it suddenly stopped working at all. The directions kept repeating themselves, but it was difficult to find our way around. Overall, the audio guide tour seemed overpriced to us, especially as the entrance fee was not reduced for us as over 65 year olds when booking with Headout, like the normal entrance ticket. You could read up on the facts.
