The guided tour itself was very interesting. However, we received an e-mail the day before indicating a change in the appointment time. No information on the application. And when we called the agency, we got the wrong information. We were finally able to join another group as there were still places available.

From pick up to drop off it was well organized and we reviewed clear instructions from our driver Thomash. He provided lunch for us which was very good. The tour itself was humbling and haunting but an absolutely incredible experience if you get the opportunity.

The tour was very well organized. It was easy to find the meeting point, the bus was very modern but the seats were too straight and quite uncomfortable (this might have been my personal issue). The guide we were assigned at the camp was competent and professional. The tour was very interesting.
