Arrived as instructed 15min earlier, got the ticket and immediately moved to our queue. 5min later we're in. David is something you need to see in person to grasp 5m tall statue. Bigger than life.

This was the first time I've booked tickets for an attraction abroad without it being direct from the website and naturally there was a concern that it might be a scam. I am absolutely delighted to say that it was not a scam and actually it was a really really fantastic experience. Booking the timed entry meant that we didn't have to bake in the queue outside the museum in the sunshine and only had to arrive 15 minutes prior. The tour guides were incredibly easy to find, immediately identifiable in their purple and they were so so friendly. The best part of our experience was that we received a call from them about half an hour before our booking offering us a free upgrade to an English guided tour if we could get there 15 minutes earlier. Thankfully we were already on our way and so were able to make it work! They were really polite and friendly on the phone call and our tour guide Alice was fantastic. She pointed out lots of details in the art within the museum that we wouldn't have noticed otherwise. 10/10 would recommend and book again - thank you!

Truly a memorable experience. Even our teenagers were enthralled with all the artwork! We liked the Accademia better than the Ufizzi, frankly.

The exhibit was amazing. The tour guides were great at getting everyone organized and into the museum during a very busy and hot season.

Your combo ticket gives you a special rate for highly-frequented attractions. Featuring works from some of the greatest artists of all time, the collections being housed in this magnificent buildings gets quite a draw, especially during peak season, when the ticket lines can get several hours long. Fortunately, you won't have to worry about that with your tickets.
