I loved seeing how the deer and monkeys and some other animals just roamed around free and the animal show was wonderful and informative. Also the staff were wonderful, I have a disability and as soon as they saw me no matter where I was they made sure I was ok and helped me get to where I needed to go and made sure I was standing for long anywhere, they also offered me a wheelchair, which I declined only becau I wasn't planning on doing the walk through and there were so many people to try and navigate through. I loved every part of our visit to your zoo .

Ticket said we were booked on tram at 9.15am which was not the case as tram times were not managed. It was very unclear about access to park. We were advised we could enter at 7.15pm and walk around park but we were not allowed in till about 8.30pm. Not enough seats and no refreshments on sale while waiting for entry. . Zoo was great but management of access and instructions appalling. Tickets also not user friendly for scanning.

Closing time is at 12am, we understand. We don't need staff to begin following and rushing us out beginning at 11:30. It was truly uncomfortable and disappointing. Closing time is at 12, not earlier.

I had visited the zoo on many occasions for the past 40 years with my children grand children and foreign visitors. The sea lion show was outstanding and the rest was good except for the elephant show which was disappointing as compared with the past. I used to have a hard copy indicating amongst there the feeding times for the wild cats. Could not fine any such information. The tram ride was a great improvement as we don't need to wait for a long time to hop on. F and B outlets were a great improvement. My foreign guests and I will be visiting the Birds Paradise next week. Over all the zoo experience was amazing. One great disappointment though was why foreign guests were granted 8% discount and residents were made to pay more?

It was a nice experience to see animals not inside cages but outside & still we are safe at a distance.The tram ride with sound of forest at night was really enjoyable.
