By MRT: The fastest way to get to Mandai Zoo by MRT is by taking the North-South (Red) line. Alight at the Singapore Zoo stop, which is just a 2 minute walk away from the zoo. By car: Mandai Wildlife Reserve is a 30-minute drive away from the main city. You can choose to come via the Central Expressway (CTE) or via the Via Pan Island Expressway (PIE).
