Very good audio explanation about the city in the red route that we took. However, it felt like a rip off to have to buy new tickets if I wanted to join the blue and the green routes. Hence, we only took the red route.

The city tour gave me a good overview on Edinburgh's highlights. 2 Recommendations for improvement: 1. at interesting sightseeing points there should be a brief (few seconds only) stop to take a picture. 2. the language selection screen war extremely dark, especially during sunshine - the language icons were almost unreadable then

Getting the tickets online was super simple. I liked that the bus gave you a city tour and shows you all the different places. Getting on and off the bus at different locations was quite simple.

The tour was great-good audio guide! I have to commend the lady in the Waterloo office as she was very helpful to me as I forgot my backpack on the bus. It was returned within an hour to my great relief as I had only been in Edinburgh for 2 days! I would recommend this company highly!
