Our guide Lucie was really perfect, knowing the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel inside out. She was able to pass on her knowledge and even shared with us a good address for lunch after the visit. As a result, we made friends with the other people in the group and had lunch together. The reception point is easy to find and really close to the entrance to the Vatican Museum.

Our overall experience with the tour and the tour company was very good. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helped speed through some of the lines. My only slight issue was that the tour was pushed back 1/2 hour a few hours prior to the start. They did send a text message via What's App.

Vincent was our guide and even though we had issues with the tickets twice (not his fault) and we had to wait for almost an hour to actually start the tour, we had always very polite and always apologizing for the inconvinicence. There were a lot of people so you have to multitask between paying attention to what he was telling us and to try to not get lost. Other than that everything went smoothly. We will definitely recommend this tour.

The guide did not show or explain the greatest treasures of the museum. of the museum. The experience was not good and the explanations and knowledge was poor.

Lovely guide very knowledgeable and caring of her group, thanks again ! Only one little thing: the visit was a too fast for me but I understand as this is a huge museum to cover in such little time ☺️
