I had no issues! Mo was there with muy tickets as expected. It seems a lot to pay to get Tickets ahead of time, but I was glad to see the Uffizi.

The audio guide provided is very limited. There are lots of different items in the museum that is not covered by the audio guide.

The art was what came to Dr , but only had 2 hrs am wanted to make sure I knew where the "important " art was located. The guide provided on my phone did that and allowed me to spend more time looking at the pieces i really enjoyed rather than being forced to follow a guide. The phone guide was perfect for me

Thankfully, your timed entry tickets prevent this hassle. A set number of visitors are allowed in at once, so you can skip the ticket line, trade your voucher for physical tickets, and swiftly enter. Despite some potential waiting, it's much quicker than the regular entry. After voucher exchange and security check, you can simply walk right in!

Additional information

The optional audio guide is available in English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Turkish, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, and Korean.
Every first Sunday of the month, the museum follows normal opening hours and entry is free for everyone.
All visitors must leave umbrellas, large bags, and backpacks in the cloakroom located near the museum entrance. The use of the cloakroom is free.
Please note that all visitors to the museum must go through the security check. At the busiest times, the line for the check takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Children aged 18 years and under can enter the gallery for free. You can issue these tickets on the day of your visit, at the same desk where adults exchange their mobile vouchers.
