Was an amazing tour. The welcoming introduction was an awesome experience that we will forever have in our minds. Great staff. No problems with ticketing. Thanks for making our tour visit a great one.

Wonderful experience, getting to know the history behind the palm and an excellent view of the palm. At the time we went there were no queues so was a very quick process to check in and go up the lift. A bonus was getting the tickets at a discounted offer 😉 and only bought them a few hours before we went.

Very easy to purchase tickets on line and did so only a few hours before hand while sitting round the pool. The entrance was very nice and as we had booked a later tour was very quite, so we breezed through. The interactive tour on the history of the plam was very good and informative. The lift took a matter of seconds and never felt like it was moving. Once at the top, it was a bit hazy / cloudy, restricting the view, which the operatior has no control over, guess it just depends on the meteroloicaly conditions on the day . Saying that we managed to get a lot of good photographs of the Palm, Atlantis, downtown Dubai etc. Next time may upgrade to have drinks / meal, as the restaurants looked nice. Definitlely one to recommend.

Your location is awesome, and the suite was very specious and full of amenities. I've never met staff so couteous and friendly at any other Hilton or other hotels before. Whenever I'm back in Dubai, I'll stay at your hotel again.

Ik vond het glijden vanaf de 125e naar de 124e verdieping een unieke ervaring, maar een tegenvaller was dat wij hier niet vanaf mochten als wij geen 25 AED p.p. bij betaalden terwijl toch tickets hadden waarop staat dat wij hier wel voor betaald hadden, jammer maar kosten ons toch wer 50 AED maar hebben dit met tegenzin betaald omdat wij deze unieke ervaring niet willen laten schieten.
