Our tour guide Laner is awesome.She is cheerful and always smiling. She was detail organized and also gave detailed explanations about each places. Also the journey was comfortable and well planned. I will recommend this trip to all my friends.

The guide Josh was very helpful. The instructions for the meeting point were not very clear a photo showing the Starbucks would have been very useful

Wish there was more time at Mt Fuji. We were given just 30min and 1hr 40min at the shopping center which was secondary to me. Main purpose for this trip was Mt Fuji, not shopping. Recommend more time for the primary reason for this trip. Thank you.

Pang our tourist guide was an excellent narrator. Driver, bus, the whole experience was brilliant. We were very lucky with the weather, was able to beautiful Mount Fuji, hot spring bath was whole new experience for us. We will recommend this trip to all our friends.

Itinerary

8am: Pick-up from JR Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit
8:30am: Pick-up from Shinjuku Station
10:30am: Mt. Fuji 5ht station (April 26 to Nov 30) or Arakurayama Sengen Park (Dec 1 to Apr 25)
12pm: Oshino Hakkai
2pm: Gotemba Premium Outlets or Japanese Onsen
5pm: Drop-off (Shinjuku Station or JR Tokyo Station)

Please note that the itinerary may be adjusted according to weather, road conditions, and other reasons.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult passenger throughout the journey.
Due to the winter weather, it is not possible to go to Mount Fuji 5th Station. From Dec 1st to April 25th of the following year, go to Arakurayama Sengen Park instead of Mt.Fuji.
You can get off either Shinjuku Station or JR Tokyo Station
The tour guide is holding a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point. Also, there is a sticker of "Gogoday" in the vehicle.
