From there, board the gondola lift Eigergletscher to Jungfraujoch lift station.  From Lucerne: There is no direct public transport from Interlaken to Jungfraujoch, and you can only take trains. Board Interlaken Ost to Grindelwald Terminal and then board the train to Eigergletscher. From Eigergletscher station, you can take a train to Jungfraujoch. The entire journey takes an hour and 36 minutes. 
Alternatively, you can drive from Interlaken to Jungfraujoch, although the roads may be covered in snow during peak seasons.  From Lauterbrunnen:  You will start your journey from the Lauterbrunnen train station and take the train to Kleine Scheidegg. From here, you need to take another train to Jungfraujoch.   From Zurich: The best way to get to Jungfraujoch from Zurich is by train. There is no direct train from Zurich to Jungfraujoch, and you will need to change trains now and then. 
Board the Zurich HB to Bern and change trains at Bern to reach Interlaken Ost. From Interlaken Ost, board the train to Grindelwald Terminal and change trains to Eigergletscher. From Eigergletscher, you can board a direct train to Jungfraujoch.
