It's mandatory for children aged 16 and under be accompanied by parents or guardians during the hot air balloon ride.
This experience will be rescheduled in the event of a thunderstorm, fog, or wind consistently above 11 kph.
It's recommended to wear comfortable shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking.

This experience is restricted for children aged 6 and under.
Note that the following are not allowed on this tour: camera equipment, binoculars.
