The driver was extremely aggressive towards other drivers and pedestrians. The journey was far longer than anticipated and we nearly missed our time for Eiffel Tower. It was very difficult to find the first bus stop.

Great option to know the city in 3 days. Unfortunately, city had some work roads and traffic jams that make the trop longer than usual.

Clean buses, we accessed the ticket without any problem and the idea is great. The only bad thing is that there is so much traffic that it is stopped for a long time, and you can not plan the schedules of previously scheduled visits. The staff is very friendly and most of the stops are signposted.

Very good service and easy to buy tickets online. The app helped with pick up/drop off points. All drivers were excellent, especially in the crazy busy Paris traffic. The audio system was very informative as well. Buses very clean! Great experience and great value for money. We purchased 24 hour pass but should have got 48 hour ticket for the small extra price!
