The buses are really really old and dusty and rickety and everything is clickety-clackety. Seats were literally broken. Like entirely detached from the floor bolts and just lying on the floor. Overcrowded with tourists blocking every inch of window space (because they are standing) I don't know how you guys let overcrowding happen in a double decker bus.... isn't that against safety standards? No queue management at the start point. Anyone can cut the queue and get on? What about the people who came first?

Ticketing was easy but I inadvertently ticked Malaysian citizen. The staff at the Sungei Wang pickup point on Thursday morning were awesome - kind and helpful - and got it straightened out. Ticket booth staff at the stop points were also helpful and friendly. We came back this morning, and enjoyed both bus trips. Great route, loved seeing the city this way. Need to be some maintenance on the busses though - missing door handle on one bus, broken door handle on another, grubby walls on all, broken seat on the bus this morning

It was an easy ride to attractions. Enjoyed the freedom to hop on and off to destinations and surrounds. However, when ticket was redeemed, was issued a 24 hour pass but had purchased a 48 hour pass online.

Ticketing was good. We went on both the city route and garden route which helped us to find our bearings around Kuala Lumpur. Making it easier for us to go back and explore the places we liked.

The ticketing experience was really easy, booked online and collected at the start point. A nice clean bus that took us to see all the main sights in KL...couldn't have asked for better!!!
