The sights of London. However, we noticed that there were no many Red route buses in comparison to the Blue route buses. We had to wait at Hyde Park corner for over 20 minutes for a Red bus, but 4 Blue buses came & went in that time.

Hello, Very pleasant tour and the guides are super helpful and responsive! The audio guide was great. It was very crowded but the big bus guides handled it very well! Super +++ for the evening bus tour with the illuminated monuments. Too bad the cruise on the Thames wasn't in several languages, but it was great fun all the same. Thanks Big bus

The busses were great.....we could find one when needed and the drivers were nice. We did have a beautiful day which made it better. My major complaint was that we could not take the river cruise because when we walked over to the Tower Bridge entrance the worker said we had to wait over an hour because they didn't have a boat since it was out of commission. With only one day to use the ticket, having to wait over an hour was not acceptable. We should be offered a partial refund because of that. We were looking so forward to enjoying the boat ride.

The bus tour was great, it included the main sites to visit and the application with the whole route and stops is very helpful. I'll suggest to find a common stop to connect the 3 routes (green, blue and red) to enjoy a full trip. Also, the cruise for the Thames river was only one way, we thought it was a round trip and that we will return to the same place we started to continue with the hop on hop off route but had to walked some time to go back and start again the route.

The cruise starting from Westminster Pier (stop #18) on the northwest side of Westminster Bridge, Victoria Embankment finishes at Tower Pier.
