The Heineken Experience app  allows you to get the best out of your tour and experience it in a different language of your choosing. The options include English, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, and Russian. Remember to check the mentioned languages on the crew’s badges during your tour to get some in-person guidance in the language you speak.

The regular operating hours of the Heineken Experience are as follows: Sunday to Thursday- 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM 
(last admission at 5:15 PM) Friday to Saturday- 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM

How do I get to the Heineken Experience in Amsterdam?

You can reach the venue by taking trams 1, 7, 19, or 24, and metro 52 to stops such as Marie Heinekenplein stop, which is a 1-minute walk from the brewery or Vijzelgracht, which is a 3-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can also take the bus lines 305, 347, 397, 41, and 65 to reach the location.

What is the best time to go on a Heineken Experience tour?

Since weekends are the busiest days at the Heineken Experience, we recommend scheduling your visit on weekdays to avoid the rush. You don't have to worry about weather conditions in the city since most of the tour is mostly conducted indoors.

Is the Heineken Experience tour wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

The building is a historic structure currently undergoing renovation, which is intended to improve the safety and accessibility of guests. Owing to this fact, the venue won’t be wheelchair accessible for visitors in the period between 10th January 2022 and 31st January 2022. Post this, all differently-abled visitors are welcome.

Photography is permitted if it is used for private, non-commercial purposes. In fact, the venue encourages the use of the hashtag #heinekenexperience for all such media. But in case you would like to film your experience or take pictures for professional and commercial purposes, the Heineken Experience requires you to contact service.experience@heineken.com before doing so.
