Purchasing our tickets online was so simple and convenient. We were able to walk off the plane, collect our luggage and get straight on a waiting bus. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the trip into Melbourne City was smooth and quick. On arrival again the staff were very friendly and happy to deal with our questions about how to get to the tram station. We have travelled the world and this was one of the best experiences we have had with an airport transfer.

The booking process was simple and easy to follow. Personally I found accessing the actual tickets a bit clunky compared to comparable sites. I do not believe my experience was isolated as the vigilant and very polite attendee at the airport assisted both myself (senior) and several other younger persons.

It was hard for me to download my ticket I'm a grey head with limited experience and would have preferred. Direct access to ticket on email. Help at Melbourne to get another ticket no worries. Bus driver very helpful! Very friendly and will ride Skybus again.

ticket experience was easy. I would have liked to see on the website where in the city thebbus actually stops so I could plan where I needed to get off the bus . I could not find on the website the route, I wanted to know where I should disembark the bus close to my acommodation.
