There was good, free wifi on the bus, helpful for when you haven't gotten your sim working yet. Fairly comfortable and easy, took me right to my hotel

Easy and convenient to book online and then convert to paper tickets at the terminal. Bus arrived on time and we were dropped off in front of our hotel. Our only nit is that we didn't understand when that drop-off would occur (third stop) and were concerned when we went past the hotel.

I arrived at the desk & the bus was due to leave in about eight minutes. I was jaded after a long flight from London, the lady who issued my ticket escorted me to the Bus Departure Bay & even took my luggage trolley she was a. Absolute Angel 😇
