It was a little confusing leaving the airport, and the employees were not the most helpful. That said, we enjoyed all of our rides and found the schedules fairly simple to understand. I'm glad we had purchased in advance as we skipped the long lines to buy tickets.

Overall it was a good trip. The tickets aren't the easiest. We had to pay after we boarded because we weren't prepared. Either way, it was a good option from the airport to the island. I'd recommend using them as it beats the hassle of a taxi.

Easy and we love that it sails directly to the airport....alilaguna has different lines and i think there could be some better information about times and what line goes where etc... and i think the price is in a high end, but everything about venice is in a high end, a tourist trap😄

Arriving at "Marco Polo" airport, there can only be one way to reach Venice or the surrounding area: take Alilaguna to your final destination. We took the "blue line" to the Lido. Simply wonderful, the first impressions of Murano and then from the "Fundamente Novo" to the Lido is a must. It doesn't get any better than this.

I love seeing sights along the way!! I also prefer being outside so riding on the back of the waterbus in the sunshine makes me happy! Bring a hat!! Grazie! Ciao!

How to use your tickets

You will receive your mobile voucher via email shortly. Print the voucher which was sent in the email, you can have in change regular tickets, avoiding any queues.
You are required to exchange your mobile booking voucher with a physical ticket at the below-mentioned Ticket Offices in Venice.
